Banner sewn around the edges

Rectangular banner made of polyester fabric, waterproof fabric or blackback fabric printed on one side or both sides. The banner is only sewn all around with a hem. Designed to be made horizontally, you can customise it vertically by selecting the width and height according to the measurements you need. The textile surface of the banner is printable with colours and/or designs of your choice.

Due to its composition, it can be used both indoors and outdoors, it is colourfast and washable.

  • Banner, made of 100% polyester fabric 115 g/m², waterproof fabric 180 g/m² or blackback fabric 260 g/m², single-sided or double-sided. Banner only sewn all around with hem.

The waterproof fabric banner will have splices if you choose a width and length greater than 2.15 metres. Whereas if you choose the flag fabric or blackback fabric, it will have splices if it exceeds the width and length by more than 3,10 metres.

Waterproof fabric banners will have seams if you choose a width and length greater than 2.15 metres. If you choose flag fabric or Blackback fabric, the banner will have seams if both the width and length exceed 3.10 metres.

Important: Due to the high temperatures involved in the sublimation process, flag fabric may experience shrinkage of up to ±5%.

Finishing

Banner sewn only around the perimeter with a hem.

Composition

- 100% polyester flag fabric, 115 g/m², waterproof fabric, 180 g/m², or Blackback fabric, 260 g/m².

- Weave: 50% weft and 50% warp with a 3-thread mesh.

- Double-stitched seams.

- Double hem with a width of 10 mm.

- Symmetrical double stitching of 7 mm (1.5 mm from the edges).

- Stitch width: 5 mm.

Colour and Design

Printing
  • 115 g/m² and 260 g/m² - CMYK inkjet sublimation printing (full colour) on one side with approximately 96% colour bleed-through, using official inks.
  • 180 g/m² - UV printing with curing and drying, single-sided, using official inks.
