Wheel pack for Deluxe and Hercules base

The Fly Banner base swivel wheels (Deluxe or Hercules) can swivel 360° smoothly and quietly for easy mobility of flags with heavy bases on even floors. Are equipped with a flange to activate the brake and lock the movement.
